Why are my charges being declined?

If charges are being declined, contact the credit card issuing bank to ensure the billing information on file with 7search matches the information on file with your bank exactly. Even the slightest discrepancy may affect ability to execute a successful transaction.

Also, some banks may place a hold on an account to ensure that the transaction is valid, so contacting them will allow you to clear it.
