Why Isn't My Ad Appearing?

In order to protect our client's advertising budget, ads will cease to appear once their account balance has reached $0.  In order to reactivate their account, the client can simply add more funds to their account.

It is also important to verify that status of your campaign is set to "Active", as paused campaigns will not appear in our search results.  To confirm if your site is online, click the "Campaigns" tab found on the Dashboard.  If the status for your campaign displays as "Paused", simply check the box next your campaign ID and click the "Activate" button to enable your ad.
