How Do I Enable My Cookies?

Cookies must be enabled at the browser level.  Please review the instructions provided below to update the Cookie settings for the following popular web browsers (updated July 2012). 

To enable cookies in Google Chrome Browser:

  1. Click the wrench icon.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings.
  4. Click Content settings in the "Privacy" section.
  5. Select Allow local data to be set to allow both first-party and third-party cookies. If you only want to accept first-party cookies, check the box next to "Block all third-party cookies without exception."

 

To enable cookies in Internet Explorer 8 Browser:

  1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button Picture of the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer.

  2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

  3. Click the Privacy tab, move the slider to the level of privacy that you want to set, and then click OK.

    As you move the slider, Internet Explorer provides a description of the types of cookies that are blocked or allowed at that privacy level.

 

To enable/modify cookies in Firefox Browser (note: Cookies are enabled by default)

  1. Click on the Firefox button (located at top of window) and click "Options"
  2. Select the Privacy panel
  3. Set to : Firefox will use custom settings for history
  4. Check Accept Cookies from Sites to enable cookies; uncheck to disable them.
  5. Choose how long cookies are allowed to be stored
  6. Click "OK" to close the Options Window
