Users are also able to learn from other users of our FAQ system! Select "Top FAQs" from the menu bar located on each page and two options will appear - the most searched and most visited questions and categories.

The Most-Searched Option will display the top ten searches and the last ten searches. The "Top 10 Searches" section displays the keywords searched and how many times it has been searched for. The "Last 10 Searches" section display the date and word search for.

Users are also able to see the most visited categories in our FAQ system. Just select "Top FAQs" from the menu option, then "Most Visited" from the drop down option. From there you will be able to see the most visited categories and how many times each has been visited.
